Kyra is a Legal Executive in the Dispute Resolution department. She supports the firm’s solicitors across commercial and civil litigation, employment disputes, corporate advisory work, and family and probate matters.
On a large dispute the documents arrive in volume and usually in no order. Kyra is generally the first person through them. Her work is to establish what is there, which of it matters, and how the pieces connect.
That process is not simply about making sense of the evidence, but entails testing the factual foundations of a case rather than accepting them. A theory that reads well can come apart on a document nobody examined closely, and it is better for that to happen in the office than in court.

Outside the Office
