Our leasing and tenancy work includes the preparation, review, and negotiation of lease and tenancy documentation, as well as advice on the parties’ respective rights and obligations during the term of an arrangement. Where disputes arise, we advise landlords, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders on their legal position, available remedies, negotiations, and, where necessary, proceedings.
